Former North Melbourne director Peter de Rauch has failed in his bid to gain a seat on the AFL club's board.
AFL Pre-Season PainDe Rauch and fellow candidate David Wheaton were well-beaten in the Kangaroos' controversial board election.
Chairman James Brayshaw, his brother Mark and fellow incumbent Trevor O'Hoy were returned in a landslide result.
James Brayshaw polled 1559 votes, Mark was voted in with 1454 and 1787 members voted for O'Hoy.
De Rauch polled 479 votes and Wheaton's total was 424.

De Rauch claimed before the election that it was rigged, because proxy voting forms posted out to members last month did not feature the two challengers.
But immediately after the votes were announced at club's annual general meeting, de Rauch ruled out a legal challenge to the election result.
Earlier, the club reported a mixed financial result.
The Kangaroos posted a profit of $233,752, the fourth-straight year they have been in the black, but their debt worsened because of costs associated with construction of their new Arden St headquarters.
Debt rose from $3.25 million in 2009 to $4.75 million last year.
The club directors' report said much of last year's profit was due to better gate receipts.
Their revenue increased from $23.5 million to $25.5 million, while the football department spending has risen from $11.9 million in 2007 to last year's $14.2 million.
On Tuesday, the club announced a three-year naming rights deal for their Arden St headquarters, which is now known as Aegis Park.
